1. How can I place an order?

2. Can I customize a product?
Yes, absolutely — we love bringing your personal touch into our designs.
We offer customisations in terms of sleeves, neckline, length, blouse style, dupatta size, and colour options, wherever feasible.
If you’re looking to combine design elements from different pieces or significantly modify a silhouette, we’ll guide you through the possibilities. In such cases, a customisation fee (typically 10–20%) may apply based on the additional craftsmanship required — but never for your body size.
We want to be very clear:
There is no extra charge for plus sizes or bust sizes above 40.5 inches.
We do not believe in a "fat tax". Every body is beautiful, and we are committed to inclusive luxury.

3. Does customisation affect the price?
Minor tweaks (like sleeve length or neckline) do not affect pricing.
However, custom sizing, plus sizing, colour changes, or design modifications may incur an additional charge — communicated before your order is processed.
4. Can I request a change in colour?
We offer a range of curated colour options for many of our pieces. While some designs are best in their original palettes, we’re happy to advise and assist with colour changes wherever possible.
To check availability or request a different colour, reach out to us directly.
5. What if my measurements don’t match your size chart?
No problem. We specialise in made-to-measure pieces and are happy to craft your garment to your exact size. You can send us your measurements post-purchase via WhatsApp or email.
6. Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?
As each piece is handmade and made-to-order, we do not offer cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your details before finalising your order.
Delivery & Shipping
1. What are the delivery timelines?
Each product page lists an estimated dispatch time.
Here’s a quick guide:
Ready to Ship Collection: Dispatched maximum within 5 days
Custom Orders: Dispatched maximum within 15 days
📦 Need it sooner?
You can always request expedited delivery at no extra cost — simply leave a note at checkout or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline, subject to availability and production status.
2.How long does shipping take?
Domestic Orders (India): 3–4 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier delays or regional disruptions.
3. What are your shipping charges?
Within India: Shipping is free
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Orders above ₹30,000 may qualify for free international shipping — please contact us to confirm.
4. Will I be charged customs or duties for international orders?
Yes. All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

You will be responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes at the time of delivery
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer store credit or exchanges under the following terms:
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Note: All returns and exchanges for customised pieces are subject to internal approval.
Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging
Return requests outside this window will not be accepted
6. What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Custom or Made-to-Measure outfits
Accessories (Potlis, Belts, etc.)
Sale / discounted items
International orders
7. Can I return a product for a refund?
We do not offer cash refunds.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Can I get an alteration for my order?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary alterations for size and fit issues.
Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Alteration timeline: 15 working days
Customers must bear shipping costs both ways for the alteration service
